SKIN1004 – Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner – a watery tonic that increases the level of skin hydration. It contains Asian liver extract with a soothing and regenerating effect. The addition of niacinamide has an anti-inflammatory and brightening effect, and panthenol soothes, elasticizes and softens the skin. Betaine takes care of maintaining hydration, and papaya extract regulates the processes of exfoliation of the epidermis.
