Directions for Use

For adults – Take one (1) tablet daily with food. This formulation is not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Ingredients

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), ferrous fumarate, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), maltodextrin, crosspovidone. Contains < 2% of: beta-carotene, BHT (to maintain freshness), biotin, Blue 2 dye, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), chromium picolinate, copper sulfate, corn starch, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), folic acid, gelatin, lecithin (soy), magnesium stearate, manganese sulfate, modified corn starch, niacinamide, phytylquinone (Vitamin K), polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, potassium iodide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Red Lake 40 dye, riboflavin (Vitamin B2), silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate (to maintain freshness), sodium molybdate, sodium selenate, talc, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), titanium dioxide, tocopherols (to maintain freshness), vitamin A acetate, Yellow 6 dye, zinc oxide.
