Shilajit is used as a systemic rejuvenator and adaptogen, often in combination with other Ayurvedic formulas. Swanson Superior Herbs Shilajit Extract features a classic preparation purified with the historic Ayurvedic herbal combination Triphala, which includes the herbs Amla, Harada and Baharda in equal proportions. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.
Suggested use
